There are several ranges of materials here. A global range, and a range for each of the 4 kinds of electrodes. Note that you can edit and add or remove from the list right on the spot. The icon to edit is right next to the list.
These do write to a system file, CimatronE/data/EDMSIni.xml. Because it's xml format, honestly it is easiest to edit the list fro minside Cimatron. But, once you ahve done so and want to copy these choices to other PC's, you can just copy over the EDMSIni.xml file.
